The Office of Career Services hosts multiple Career Fairs throughout the year. They are an excellent opportunity for job seekers to meet employers from the southern suburbs, the metropolitan Chicago area and border areas of Indiana in order to explore job opportunities and to discuss career interests and plans.

Career Fairs also offer the job seeker an opportunity to evaluate potential employers or discover employers they may not have previously considered. Our Career Fairs are open to currently enrolled students, alumni and community members, as well as students from other colleges and universities seeking employment. Admission is free. The only requirements for applicants is that they bring plenty of resumes and dress professionally.

     R.J. O’Brien, a prominent 100-year old Futures Commission Merchant (FCM) is offering to help train young, eager, ambitious students in the finer points of the futures brokerage business. If you are interested in learning about the futures industry, then this is the program for you! All attendees are financially responsible for their transportation, lodging, and meals. There is no compensation for this 3-day program. This program could potentially lead to an opportunity to work with an Introducing Broker in your area.
