Meeting room areas are booked on a first come, first served basis for the university community only. Check the calendar below for availability.
Balcony
To reserve this space, contact Carol Machura at 708-235-2227 or cmachura@govst.edu. Food and drink may be served here with prior permission of the Library Administration. Contact Facilities Development and Management at 708-534-4515 for assistance with obtaining a podium or having tables rearranged.
Library Conference Room D2417
To reserve this room, contact Carol Machura at 708-235-2227 or cmachura@govst.edu. Food and drink are allowed here. The room is equipped with a pull down projector screen and seating for 10-12 people. Upon request, a speaker phone and laptop with projector are available for use in this room only.
College of Education Activity Rooms
Room D2420 is available only when a COE assistant is present. The assistant's scheduled hours are posted on the door each semester.
Room D2421 is not available until further notice.
Library Classrooms

- D2401C larger classroom
To reserve these rooms, contact your unit or college secretary for assistance. You can check their availability on the university events calendar by selecting the locations option in the top right corner, then selecting the Library area classrooms option in the gray sidebar box.
