GSU by Public Transportation
Getting to GSU by train is fast and convenient. Our main campus is located just across the street from the last stop on the Metra Electric Line. Students can walk to campus or catch a PACE or shuttle bus to the main entrance. Visit www.metrarail.com for train schedules.
GSU by Car
GSU is easily accessible from major highways I-57, 394, and Route 30. Driving time, it's 15 minutes from Chicago Heights, 40 minutes from Chicago; 20 minutes from Tinley Park, and 35 from Joliet, Kankakee, Palos Hills, and Gary.
