AD&D Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance

Accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance is only available to employees eligible for benefits. Eligible employees may apply for voluntary AD&D insurance for themselves through the State of Illinois (Minnesota Life). Employees may purchase accidental death and dismemberment insurance in the annual salary amount, or in the combined annual salary and amount of additional optional life insurance.
