Sometimes when dealing with technology, GSU students will encounter problems and confusing situations. When these situations arise, HELP can be found in several different places depending upon the problem.
To report a problem or ask a technical access question, the student can use the GSU Helpdesk (708-534-4357 or 708-534-HELP) provided by Information Technology Services. For issues related to a GSU Internet (dial-up) account, report problems or make inquiries via the online Internet Helpdesk.
