Application to the Master of Health Administration (MHA) program at Governors State University is now made through the Healthcare Administration, Management & Policy Centralized Application System, otherwise known as HAMPCAS.
To apply to our program you should do the following:

You are encouraged to click on FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) and Instructions prior to completing your application. These links provide you with important information regarding the application process (e.g., transcripts, GRE, TOFEL, GMAT, personal statement/essay, and letters of reference).
Please note: Graduate Record Examinations (GRE®) Designated Institution (DI) Code has been approved. DI Code 0711 has been assigned to Governors State University HAMPCAS. Educational Testing Service (ETS®) will transmit official GRE scores electronically to the HAMPCAS up to twice a week for all test takers who designate the program as a score recipient. ETS will also send official GRE scores directly to Governors State if that option was selected on the GRE “CAS Setup and Order” form.
Please note: All test scores (TOFEL, GRE, and GMAT) should be sent directly to Governors State University Office of Admissions, using the GSU University Code 1263. You can also fax your test scores to:
