    Our season opens with a retrospective of past audience favorites, along with pieces new to the Chorale and to our audiences. Exciting, inspiring and uplifting music ranging from opera choruses to African-American spirituals will fill every corner of the room – an event you won’t want to miss! The concert is free at both locations. Donations gratefully accepted.

    The tradition continues as the Chorale presents their 14th annual Christmas Concert in the beautiful sanctuary of St. Victor Catholic Church. Voices, organs (two of them at St. Vic’s!) and instruments combine to provide thrilling music of the season, including works by Randall Thompson, Beethoven, Bach, Handel, and others. Be sure to bring your singing voice for the sing-along carols! The concert is free. Donations gratefully accepted. Early seating is highly recommended.

    The “official” debut of the GSU Concert Chorale in the beautiful 1170-seat Center for the Performing Arts is an event for the entire Chicago southland! With the songs of Aaron Copland, Randall Thompson, Moses Hogan & others to commemorate Martin Luther King Day and serving as our fundraiser, it includes a pre-concert reception for all ticketholders.

    Reserved seating - $20;

    V.I.P. Reception and Golden Circle seating - $75

    Join us for our fourth annual concert in the magnificent sanctuary of St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church as the Chorale, Lake Shore Symphony Orchestra and soloists combine to perform the mighty “Lord Nelson” Mass of Franz Joseph Haydn, also known as the “Mass in Troubled Times.” The concert is free. Donations gratefully accepted. Early seating is highly recommended.
