We know your focus at Governors State University is on getting the most out of your classes and working toward a degree that will help you get that great career or promotion. But that doesn’t mean that other aspects of your life don't also make big demands on your time and energy.
Staying healthy is
important to your academic success. To
help you stay on top of your game, be sure to take advantage of GSU’s fitness facilities and counseling services. We know that sometimes
illness or injury is unavoidable. In
those cases, GSU students, faculty, staff and Family Development Center
families have the resources they need at Riverside Immediate Care Center, just
10 minutes from campus in Monee. At Riverside you’ll find both treatment and prevention services. And if you need a higher level of care, their
healthcare professions will refer you to a physician. For emergency care, always dial 911 first.
