I am Chair of the Division of Accounting, Economics, Finance, & Management Information Systems, and Associate Professor of Management Information Systems in the College of Business and Public Administration. I received my Ph.D. in Management Information Systems from Southern Illinois University Carbondale in 2005. My current research interests include insider threats to information security and human computer interaction. My research has been published in journals such as Behaviour & Information Technology, Journal of Computer Information Systems, and Decision Sciences Journal of Innovative Education. I have experience in data analysis and statistics using techniques including Structural Equation Modeling, ANOVA/MANOVA, regression, t-tests, MDS, and Cluster Analysis. I have programming and software experience in office productivity software; SAP ERP; SAP Netweaver; HANA; C++/C#.NET; VB.NET; javascript; and XHTML.

I currently teach the information systems & technology graduate course in the MBA and MIS programs. In the past I also taught courses in systems analysis & design, information security, and information security policy & management.

I am a member of the Association for Information Systems, including the AIS Special Interest Groups on Information Security and Information Systems Education. I serve as a mini-track chair for the Information Security research track at the Americas Conference for Information Systems and reviewer for several journals and conferences in my field.
