With every filing cabinet emptied and every box packed, the excitement grows for the next big move at GSU. The multi-year, multi-million dollar renovation project of E and F wings is nearing completion.
The new faculty offices and classrooms and labs of F wing, which comprises phase 2 of the project, are almost ready to receive their new inhabitants. The projected completion date is March 17. The nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, communication disorders, math and computer science programs are expected to move into their new spaces during spring break. Faculty and staff in these programs are currently preparing for the move, which is being coordinated by Facilities Development and Management.
Signs will be posted on old office doors and classrooms directing students to the new locations of offices and classes.
