Procurement
The Office of Procurement Services supports the university community in obtaining commodities, equipment, and services to support the educational mission of the University. By following sound business methods consistent with the Higher Education Procurement Rules, the Illinois Procurement Code and other applicable state and federal regulations, the Purchasing Office is available to assist departments in procurement activities.
The GSU Procurement Division participates in IPHEC Illinois Public Higher Education Cooperative and publishes the GSU requirements for bids and requests for proposals on the IPHEC website.
