Fall 2012 Tuition Waivers
University tuition waivers are available to university employees (status). Please contact the Human Resources Department or your supervisor to determine the necessary paperwork and authorization for eligibility. Upon completion and authorization, return this form to Student Accounts Processing in the Financial Services Office for validation by the due date to assure that your registration will be complete.
