Work/Organization-Sponsored Tuition Assistance Programs for Summer 2012
Tuition Assistance Programs are defined as those organizations that have agreements with Governors State University to pay for tuition, fees and/or books for classes attended by their employees. Governors State University has tuition assistance programs with many companies. Please contact your company to determine if this benefit is available to you.
Please complete the appropriate company paperwork and return it to the Student Accounts Processing department by the payment due date to assure that your class registration is complete.

In order to be validated, if your work/organization does not cover your entire tuition and fee balance, you are responsible to pay the outstanding balance in full by the appropriate registration date or enter into a university payment plan to pay this outstanding balance.
Note: This does not include direct reimbursement to employees by an employer.
Company Reimbursement
Unless your company/organization is part of an authorized* tuition payment contract, Governors State University requires that you pay all tuition and fees by the payment due date or have a signed and validated Payment Plan Agreement Form on file with the Cashier's Office by the payment deadline.
Note: Any tuition and fees not covered by your employer/organization must be paid in full by the due date to avoid late fees and your account being placed on the university hold list.
* Please contact your cohort manager or Andrea Gaz at 708.235.7402 or agaz@govst.edu to determine if your company is part of an authorized contract.
