    2000's

    Mercedes Kane, MFA '09 directed a new documentary film, Breakfast at Ina's, which premiered at the Chicago International Film Festival in October. The film features Ina Pinkney, long-time restauranteer, during the closing of her business as she struggled with polio.

    Nicole (Lockett) Washington, MA '00, was recently named President of Associa EMB Management, a community management organization providing services to communities and homeowners.

    1990's

    Ron Ryan, MA '96, received the League of Eagles Award at the BGCA Midwest Leadership Conference in October, 2015. Ron is Executive Director at the Boys & Girls Club of Evansville, Indiana.

    1970's

    James Kusyk,  MA '79, is Technical Manager at Original Productions in Burbank, California.  He works on productions such as Deadliest Catch, Ax Men, Ice Road Truckers and Black Gold. James is an Emmy Award Winner for Cinematography in 2013 and 2014. 

    Nancy Wilson Zander, BA '76, RN, BHSN, MS, MSN, was given the designation of Emeritus Professor of Nursing from Illinois Wesleyan University this last year. She retired from teaching in 1999, but was named to the Methodist College of Nursing board, where they converted the School of Nursing into a baccalaureate nursing program. Nancy retired her nursing license in 2010, ending a very satisfactory career.
