Quality Education
Courses may change, but one thing stays the same: students enrolled in the RN to BSN Completion Program in the College of Health and Human Services can be totally assured of receiving the highest quality education possible. We realize that nurses are the true backbone of the American healthcare system — so it's important that they receive the most current and comprehensive nursing education available.
Both the undergraduate and graduate nursing programs are accredited by the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC), www.nlnac.org
The RN to BSN Completion Program has incorporated the latest recommendations made by the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), http://www.aacn.nche.edu/index.htm, a national nursing organization whose exclusive purpose is to establish quality standards for baccalaureate and higher-degree nursing education programs. These recommendations are a part of a document, The Essentials of Baccalaureate Education for Professional Nursing Practice, adopted in October, 2008.
