Doctor of Occupational Therapy
Degree Requirements
Admission to the Doctor of Occupational Therapy (DrOT) is competitive; only a limited number of applicantswill be admitted to the program.
Students must meet all university requirements for a doctoral degree. In addition, students must:
- pass, during the last trimester of the student's program, the capstone project which will be reviewed by a panel of three Occupational Therapy faculty members;
- complete degree requirements within five (5) years of application for candidacy;
- may repeat only one occupational therapy course in which a grade of "F" is received.

Specialty Concentration Elective
Required (6 Credit Hours Minimum)
Specialty concentration electives will be developed as part of the doctoral student study plan.
Culminating Project
