Registration Form

All participants and presenters must register for the conference. There are discounted registration rates for early registration (received by February 1, 2013) and for students. The registration fee includes access to all conference proceedings, including paper and panel presentations, keynote address, featured performance and film screening, continental breakfasts (Fri & Sat), and receptions (Fri & Sat).

Registration Fees 

$60 Regular Participant; $35 Student Participant
