When will I be able to apply to live in this hall?
Students will be able to submit housing applications starting in January 2014. Assignments will begin to be made starting in April 2014, based on the date of application.
What is contained in each unit?
There are 4 different types of housing units. All units will be fully furnished. Each student will have his/her own bed, desk, chair, and wardrobe/dresser unit. Apartments will also include fully equipped kitchens.
Cable and internet services will be available throughout the hall. Additional community space will include floor lounges, study rooms, a classroom, a laundry room, vending machines, a service desk, and community kitchens.
Who can live in the hall?
Students living in University Housing are expected to be enrolled for at least six credit hours each semester (fall and spring). Enrollment of at least 3 credit hours is required for summer occupancy.
How many students will live in this hall?
There will be 296 beds in the first hall.
What will it cost?
Rates for the 2014/2015 academic year have not yet been determined. We anticipate rate information will be available in December 2013.
