iMail—Getting Started

To use iMail, you need the following:

• GSU iMail account (username and password): Your iMail username is the same as your GSU ID number. Your password is your four-digit P.I.N. Your iMail e-mail address comprises the first letter of your first name followed by your full last name, the @ symbol, and GSU's iMail domain (e.g., gwashington@mail.govst.edu).
• Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer software installed on your PC;
• GSU's iMail address: mail.govst.edu;
• Internet connection made through your current Internet service provider or via GSU dial-up access.

• Log in to iMail and click "Help."
• The ITS Web site contains iMail FAQ and Online Help.
