Early Head Start Program Expanded - continued

Childcare at the state-of-the-art Family Development Center is offered Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. All formula, meals, snacks, and diapers are included. The ratio of children to adults is four to one. Each room is limited to only eight children and is staffed by a fully qualified early childhood educator.

Funding for the Early Head Start program at GSU comes from a grant from the Department of Health and Human Services as part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
