Logo Design: For Businesses and Organizations
This course will focus on designing and developing a business or organization logo identity. Students will design logos that can be used for business cards, stationary, envelopes, signage and t-shirts. The application of the basic tools in Adobe Illustrator software will be taught and explored in the course.
Students will engage in symbol illustration and typography design. This course will explore how to combine images and type in a logo composition. Non artist and designers are welcomed to enroll in the class. All students will need a 2G USB drive for the course.
This course is offered as a partnership between the School of Extended Learning and the Small Business Development Center.
