U.S. financial institutions are required to verify the identity of every person who opens a bank account. The bank requires the following information.
- Your complete name
- Your date of birth
- Your street address - no P.O. Box
- Identification number (one of the following):
- Passport number and country of issuance
- Form I-20
- U.S. address
- Letter from Office of International Services and proof of registration
