Family and Friends Weekend -- October 6-7, 2017

Families, friends, alumni, community members, and visitors are invited to GSU's annual Family and Friends Weekend, the time of year where we all come together to experience GSU Jaguar Life. If your schedule permits, join us for Spirit Week events that lead up to Family and Friends Weekend.

Family and Friends Weekend also provides a special opportunity for families to have an extended visit with students filled with family and community oriented programs and events, and share firsthand in their student's GSU experience.

This year the Center for Performing Arts  will be feature the 3rd annual city-wide Stomping Grounds Rhythm Festival on Saturday, October 7 at 8pm. The festival is a collaborative celebration of rhythmic expression and cultural exchange featuring four dance companies: Ensemble Español Spanish Dance Theater, Muntu Dance Theatre, Trinity Irish Dane, and CHRPs resident company BAM!
