Enrollment Verification
Enrollment verifications are processed after the refund deadline each term. Please allow three to five business days for processing.
If your loan or insurance company or any other third party provides you with enrollment or degree certification requests, they should be mailed, faxed, or dropped off at the address below. Make sure that the certifications contain the following information:
- A signed request from the third party on official letterhead for the student in question; and
- A signed letter by the student authorizing the release of his or her information. You may wish to use the Enrollment Verification Request Form.
