 The Total Water Exercise Class

Tired of the same old boring routine? Then this is the exercise class for you. Everything from stretching, toning, resistance, cardiovascular and flexibility are incorporated in this water-based program.

    Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
    Time: 10 to 11 am
    Dates: May 27 to August 20, 2014
    Fee: $25

 

Chi Waves

Chi Waves utilizes water buoyancy to assist balance. Deep breathing and stretching will be incorporated as well as Tai Chi, Yoga and various dance style moves. Float on in.

    Days: Wednesday
    Time: 11:15 am to noon
    Dates: May 28 to August 20, 2014
    Fee: GSU Student - $10, Rec & Fit Member - $15, Non-Member - $30

Zumba

Are you ready to dance away those unwanted pounds? Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements. It is currently at the leading edge of the fitness industry. Getting fit has never been this fun.

    Days: Tuesday and Thursday
    Time: 5:30 to 6:30 pm
    Dates: June 3 to August 28, 2014
    Fee: GSU Student - $10, Rec & Fit Member - $40, Non-Member - $100

Personal Fitness Training

Personal training offers one-on-one instruction with a certified personal trainer. Our trainers will customize a fitness program specifically for your individualized goals and guide and motivate you to success.

Days, times and dates must be scheduled through the Recreation and Fitness Center sales office.
Fee: $100 for five hours of instruction.

Nutrition and Personal Training

Personal training opportunities are available for all fitness levels and interests. In addition, the trainer will help you understand how fitness, proper nutrition with expert guidance can help you reach your goals.

Days, times and dates must be scheduled through the Recreation and Fitness Center Sales office.
Fee: $100 for four hours of instruction.
