All meetings are open to the public and will be held on the GSU campus.

At least two days prior to each meeting an agenda will be posted in the Hall of Governors as well as outside the meeting room. Agenda materials will be on reserve in the university library.
Public Comment Period
Consistent with Public Act 91-0715 and reasonable constraints determined by the Board of Trustees, member of the public may request a brief time on the approved agenda of the meetings to address the Board or its committees on relevant matters within its jurisdiction. Anyone wishing to make a statement to the Board is encouraged to notify the President’s Office at 708.534.4130 in advance of the meeting.
