The likelihood that an American who reaches the age of 65 will survive to the age of 90 has nearly doubled over the past 40 years.

Who is going to help these individuals learn how to age healthfully?

You are! 

You’re going to learn how to analyze, interpret, and make an impact on the factors that influence an older person’s health status.

As a health educator, you will play a key role in helping your clients age healthfully.

After completing a 24-credit core curriculum in the major, students will take the following required courses customized for their chosen track.
