If you are beginning your college career as a freshman or even want to launch a new career, welcome to GovState. If you have finished your first two years at another university or your associate degree, GovState is the perfect place for you.
Eligibility
Employees who work in an Illinois Amazon facility are eligible for GovState's Amazon Career Choice programs. Eligible participants can earn up to $5,200 of tuition assistance per year.

Enrollment Requirements
To ensure your acceptance into one of GovState's Amazon Career Choice programs, please make sure to complete the following list of enrollment requirements:
- 1. Determine eligibility with Amazon
- 2. Schedule a GovState pre-admissions appointment to discuss program options (if needed)
- 3. Apply at GovState
- 4. Submit documents required for admission
- 5. Contact your academic advisor for acceptance
- 6. Register online for courses
- 7. Pay for your classes with your Amazon voucher and/or financial aid and out of packet
Illinois and Indiana Resident Tuition
For Illinois and Indiana residents, tuition for 1 undergraduate course (3 credit hours) costs $1,337, including fees. To estimate the cost of your potential course schedule, please refer to the GovState tuition calculator.
