Wagner Business and Finance Scholarship
Percy Wagner, a nationally respected real estate professional from Flossmoor, was the state’s agent in the purchase of the property which now comprises the GSU campus. A member of the Board of the GSU Foundation, Wagner donated the materials for the rehabilitation of the white frame building, now called the Percy and Elizabeth Wagner House, which houses the university’s development and alumni association staff.
