GSU Joins Generation Study Abroad
GSU has joined the Institute of International Education’s Generation Study Abroad initiative
to help more Americans to gain international experience through study abroad
programs.
By 2019, GSU pledges
to double its numbers and reach an average of 100 students who participate in
credit-bearing education abroad programs.

Student in Italy for Spring 2017 Semester
GSU Student, Taylor Smith, is studying abroad
for the entire Spring semester in Florence, Italy through Athena Study Abroad.
Taylor received the McKay
Global Citizen Scholarship which is designed for the Athena
student who can best demonstrate an interest in and intention to promote the
concept of social justice at a city, state, national, and/or global level.
