Public Act 96-133 Higher Education Veterans Service Act
The state universities in Illinois, in compliance with Public Act 96-133, complete a fiscal impact survey to the Illinois Board of Higher Education each fiscal year. This information details the expenses and time allocation of staff who support Veterans and Military Personnel Services. PA 96-133 is a requirement for all state universities and community colleges and the Illinois Board of Higher Education produces a report each year that is distributed to legislative leaders and the public.
