FACULTY PROFILE
Dr. Ceka received her Ph.D. in Political Science and her Master in Public Administration from Northern Illinois University. Her research agenda focuses on the performance of public and nonprofit organizations during times of economic hardship. Her current work in this area examines nonprofit responses to revenue uncertainty caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
