BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Sargut is an Associate Professor in the College of Business (MME Division) at Governors State University. He earned a Ph.D. from Columbia University. His current research focuses on non-traditional organizations, institutional change in entertainment industries, and the impact of philosophy of science in organizational research. He teaches undergraduate and graduate-level courses in strategic management (MGMT-4900 & MGMT-8900) and change management (MGMT-8530). His work has been published in Harvard Business Review, Production and Operations Management, and Sociological Inquiry. He is a recipient of the GovState Faculty Excellence Award, the College of Business (COB) Outstanding Producer Award, COB Research Award, and COB Service Award.
