Hiring process will begin late Spring 2024!
If you want to join one of the most fun and rewarding positions on campus, you're in the right place! Applicants can apply for the NSP Leader position using this
online application
. The application process includes attending a mandatory information session, completing an online application, participating in a group interview, and having an individual interview.

Step 1:
Information Session
To be eligible to apply for the NSP (Orientation) Leader position, every candidate
must
attend one of the mandatory information sessions.
During information sessions, applicants will:
Learn about the benefits of being a NSP Leader
Get information on pay, time commitment, responsibilities, etc.
Ask questions about the application process

Step 2:
Complete Online Application
A completed application packet includes a completed
online application
and (3) references provided in the application. This is due by
April 1, 2024
.
You will be asked to provide contact information (name, organization, email address, phone number) for your references at the end of the application. Please have all reference information available before you begin the application. At least two of the three references must be from GSU faculty or staff. References will be contacted.
Step 3 and 4:
Group Process & Individual Interviews
After all application materials have been received, qualified candidates will be contacted for a group interview and individual interview. If you would like to learn interview skills, feel free to contact GSU Career Services at 708.235.3974.
Group Process Interviews dates will be posted soon. A sign up will be sent to your email if selected to interview.
Individual Interviews dates will be the weeks will be posted soon. You will select your specific date and time at the Group Process Interview.
