The Department of Addictions Studies and Behavioral Health offers a Minor in Addictions Studies at the undergraduate level. This minor is perfect for students who might be entering other fields, but who would find a foundational understanding of Addictions Studies helpful in the performance of their duties.
Requirements for a Minor in Addictions Studies
Students must meet all university requirements for a minor. In addition, students must:
- complete at least nine hours of the required course work listed below at Governors State University.
- Submit transfer courses to the minor advisor for approval by the first week of the term of intended graduation.
