FACULTY PROFILE
Hailey Park is an Assistant Professor of Management at Governors State University. She received her Ph.D. in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, and her M.A. from Korea Advanced Institue of Science and Technology, and her B.A. from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. Her research focuses on personality, leadership, and proactive behaviors. Her work has been published in the Journal of Applied Psychology.
