BIOGRAPHY
At GovState, Dr. Mutis teaches courses in Ethics and Communications. Dr. Mutis has been teaching in Higher Education for over twenty years. Her research focuses on Leadership, specifically on community college chairperson roles. She holds numerous certifications in online course development from Illinois Online Network and Governors State University. She also holds a current Professional Educator License (IL).
