You can always download the videos from the GSU Webex portal and upload to a free media streaming service, such as YouTube. When uploading to YouTube, you would want to use the Unlisted setting so only users who have the shared link can access the video. The video would not be searchable on YouTube. That shared link from YouTube can then be added anywhere within the Blackboard course, so your students can access at any time during the semester.
