Designed for faculty who want to efficiently prepare their courses, this workshop will guide participants through essential course set up and best practices including course copy from Original, due date management, course settings, and other course updates. Please bring your course syllabus and be prepared to actively work within your Blackboard Ultra course throughout the session.

Ally is an integrated feature in Blackboard that automatically checks course content for accessibility issues and generates alternative formats for students to access materials in ways that best suit their learning needs. This interactive workshop introduces faculty to the integration of Microsoft Teams Meetings within Blackboard Ultra and demonstrates how to effectively use virtual meetings to enhance online and blended learning environments. Participants will learn how to create and schedule Teams Meetings directly within Blackboard Ultra courses, manage class collaboration, share content, communicate with students, and facilitate engaging synchronous sessions.
