    Faculty: Course Design Essentials Cohort

    In an effort to help promote accessibility best practices in all course modalities, CTL offers the Building a Culture of Accessibility and Inclusion workshop. Using Universal Design for Learning (UDL) guidelines and QM Standard 8 for Accessibility as a guide, this multi-week workshop will run as a cohort model. Faculty can sign up for one of the scheduled sessions each semester. Scheduled sessions will be 2-weeks long and run asynchronously. Participation will result in a Certificate of Completion for 10 clock hours of professional development.

    This new training for all instructors (including new adjuncts and professors at GSU) will cover the basics of using Blackboard – our LMS system. We will also cover other digital tools that can enhance teaching and learning.
