When you dial H-E-L-P, the GSU Helpdesk consultant will ask for the following:
- Name and affiliation with GSU (e.g., student, faculty, staff)
- Location of computer
- Phone number (s) where you can be reached
- Purpose of call
- Detailed questions about: a) software; b) network connection; c) error
