For additional information or to make a reservation for a group of 10 or LESS, please call the box office at 708.235.2222.

We will be closed during the winter break December 20, 2024 through January 1, 2025. We will attend to all reservation requests when we return in January. Due to a high volume of requests, please allow 3-5 days for your request to be fulfilled.

You will be sent a contract upon receipt of this reservation form. Your reservation will not be confirmed until you return the contract and deposit to the Center for Performing Arts.
