Our Responsibilities
- • Policy Administration: Enforcing the Use of University Premises and Facilities Policy.
- • Scheduling: Managing procedures for scheduling facilities through the 25Live scheduling system.
- • Compliance: Addressing questions about policy compliance and providing procedural documentation related to events, scheduling, university resources, or facilities.
Our Mission
We aim to deliver a consistent and positive image of the university while maintaining flexibility for events to showcase the uniqueness of the sponsoring university, college, or department. Our office supports the university’s colleges, departments, and initiatives by:
- • Ensuring excellence, quality, hospitality, and protocol across campus events.
- • Avoiding scheduling conflicts for university events.
- • Administering and enforcing University Facilities Use Guidelines.
- • Serving as an information resource for facility scheduling via the 25Live system.
- • Assisting the Office of the President and Provost in maximizing event attendance and appearance opportunities.
- • Maximizing university resources for events.
- • Supporting and promoting the university's strategic vision and positive brand image.
- • Providing guidance on compliance and procedural documentation for events, scheduling, facilities, or university resources.
Sponsored and Retail Events
We offer specialized services for both sponsored and retail events:
- • Sponsored Events: Sponsored events receive up to a 50% discount on rental pricing. These events are typically supported or initiated by the university or its affiliates.
- • Retail Events: Retail events are those hosted by external clients or organizations. We provide competitive pricing and comprehensive support to ensure your event is successful and aligns with university standards.
All events, whether sponsored or retail, benefit from our inclusive rental pricing, which covers chairs, tables, and essential amenities.
