Thank you to all students who participated in GovState's 1st Annual Campus Sexual Misconduct Climate Survey during the Spring 2024 Semester!

An Excel spreadsheet report of the anonymous data collected by GovState during the 1st Annual Survey is available HERE.

A link to the Illinois Board of Higher Education's and the Illinois Community College Board's respective statewide data collections on sexual misconduct climate survey data will be posted here when those data collections are made available to the public.

The purpose of the Survey, which will be administered annually, is to provide information about behaviors and perceptions that current students have related to GovState.  Participants are asked to complete a questionnaire concerning: relationships, sexual experiences, experiences with dating violence, and perceptions about safety at GovState during the previous twelve months. All information provided in the Survey is anonymous and confidential.

The Survey is an important tool GovState uses for understanding and addressing the campus climate with regard to sexual harassment and sex misconduct.  Each student's participation in the Survey helps GovState to be more aware of what issues should be addressed and helps GovState craft the tools needed to address them.
