Certified Medical Administrative Assistant with Medical Billing and Coding (Vouchers Included)    
Prepare for the Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) national certification exam! Administrative Medical Assistants are skilled multitaskers who direct the flow of patients through an office, ensuring efficient operations, increased revenue, and a positive patient experience. Medical billers and coders are also in high demand. Learn legal, ethical, and regulatory concepts central to this field, including HIPAA compliance, official coding guidelines, and third-party payer requirements.


Pharmacy Technician Certification Program with Clinical Externship (optional)    
This comprehensive online 50-hour program will prepare students to work as a pharmacy technician in a retail or other pharmacy setting and to take the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board’s PTCB exam. Student are given 6 months to complete this course, and enrollment is ongoing. Pharmacy Technicians usually start at a retail pharmacy, and can progress to work in closed-door pharmacies (hospice care), compound pharmacies (special medical needs), hospital pharmacies, or become a Pharmacy Benefits Manager (oversee the processing and paying of prescription drug claims). Certified Administrative Professional with Microsoft Office Specialist 2019 (Exam Vouchers Included)
Prepare for the Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) and Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) credential exams for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access. You will learn the fundamentals of workplace administration, including organizational communication, management, and human resources, as well as how to effectively use the Microsoft Office 2019 suite.
