Public Act 96-266 Public University Salary and Benefits Reporting
The state universities in Illinois, in compliance with Public Act 96-266, are required to submit salary and benefit information to the Illinois Board of Higher Education at the end of each fiscal year. That information covers full-time and part-time administrators and instructional staff. PA 96-266 is a requirement for all state universities, community colleges, and K-12 teachers and administrators through their various state agencies. (Public Act 96-266, effective 1/1/2010).
